As we get older, staying safe and independent at home becomes more important, and finding trustworthy, reliable tradespeople can be stressful.

That’s why we’ve created a service tailored to your needs. With DBS-checked professionals, priority support, and expertise in accessibility adaptations that help you stay comfortable in your own home.

There are no sign-up fees or cancellation fees.

You only ever pay for the work quoted.

Thats not a problem, our team are capable of a wide range of maintenance work for homes that we couldn’t fit everything in one document.

The best thing to  do will be to get in touch and we will let you know if we can do the job, and we will quote you a price

Once you have had your home assessment, the minimum labour time for a callout is 1 hour, which is equal to £100.

If you need a little more time, the cost is £25 for each additional 15 minutes of work. 

All jobs are priced individually – we’ll agree a clear, personalised quote with you before we visit. 

You will never pay a penny more on the day.

No, never! Your digital wallet balance rolls over month after month. You can save up for larger projects or use it for smaller jobs as needed. Your funds are always there when you need them.

Yes, if you would like to manage everything under your name and login that is totally fine. We will be in touch with you when you first sign up to ask about your needs. 

During signup, we will ask if the subscription is for you or a loved one.

We can be sure to keep you informed of all work done, along with any other loved ones. 

On occasion, a job may take longer than expected. But not to worry, you will only ever pay for the job quoted before we turn up. We do not add any additional fees, no matter how much longer the job takes

Yes, if there’s anytime you want to pause payments you can do so. Your money will stay in your home wallet ready for any additional jobs needed. Or when you want to restart your subscription and start saving again.

Once we’ve responded to your booking, we’ll work with you to schedule an appointment as soon as possible. 

Higher-tier members receive priority booking; however, we try to see all customers within 7 business days from their booking

During the home assessment we will visit your property to discuss the maintenance work needed as well as building a home profile for your property. We make notes and photos of your brassware, light fixtures, brickwork and anything else needed for common maintenance work. This allows us to efficiently fix, maintain or repair what’s needed in your property without having to visit your home each time for inspection.

This keeps costs down and allows our handymen to be prepared before visiting your home.

Not to worry, once you sign up, you will be paying monthly into your wallet. You can, however, top up your wallet at any time to add additional funds to pay for a quoted job

Once you have signed up, get in contact and we can discuss your immediate needs

Our maintenance team are scheduled to work for the hours quoted with a small buffer if a job takes longer.

We are unlikely to be able to do additional jobs on the day that were not quoted and scheduled. We may need to come back another time. 

If you have a date & time scheduled but need more done on the day, please get in touch with the team at your earliest convenience & we will see if we can quote for the job and get it sorted on the same day.

You can cancel at any time, and you will receive the money in your wallet back to your bank. You will not receive a cancellation fee. 

New signups do enjoy a professional home assessment at no cost. You will only pay if you decide to leave within your first year.

Cancelling your plan within 12 months after redeeming a free visit may incur a £250 call-out recovery fee.

That is not a worry; we do not charge customers who have not had any work completed. Your money stays in your wallet, it never expires, and you can withdraw your money at any time.

You only ever pay for work completed. 

Our subscription service is there to help you save small amounts ready for when you need work completed. 

If you already have the goods you want installed, we will just charge you labour costs. If we need to purchase goods, that will be included in your quote.

For example, if you want a raised toilet seat installed, we can either find one from our trusted suppliers or install one you may have ready in the home.

Customer Portal Dashboard

Within our customer portal, you will be able to easily see your plan, how much money you have in your wallet, and you will be able to either book a handyman through our customer form, or give us a call & we will be able to arrange a quote for you.

You are able to top up your savings, or cancel your plan at any time.

You will also be able to see all of your transactions in the account. Giving full transparency over money in and money out.
