I unfortunately did not get past the first stage. Their design computer software was not fit for purpose. Their salesman did not listen to my concerns and talked over me. He admitted he was a 'technophobe' but continued to argue black was white when drawing attention to the poor work of the young inexperienced design lady. I therefore cannot speak about their istallation as I had lost faith in the family owned company, although their estimate was expensive for the basic material that was to be supplied.

Excellent company . My Grans lovely walk in shower was ordered and fitted in just over two weeks . David was brilliant who came over from Manchester to plan measure and show us all of the available designs . He spent plenty of time talking us both through it . My Gran who has dementia absolutely loved Lee the bathroom fitter and enjoyed him being there . It’s definitely worth paying for it to be done yourself if you can rather than waiting for government funding because it was all so quick and easy and I’ve got reassurance that my gran can safely get in and sit on the fitted seat and shower herself and use all the fitted handrails with no worries about falling or slipping . Plus it keeps her independent too . Thankyou so much a very good experience in every way .

Due to mobility issues with both myself and my wife we decided that the bath and the shower above it had to go in favour of a wet room. After some online research we found that Age Care Bathrooms had a Which Trusted Trader recommendation so decided to request a site survey and quote from them. From the off they were excellent responding very quickly with both survey and quote and a detailed plan and time scale of what was required. The installation date arrived and Age Care duly arrived on time and ready to go. Their fitters, Lee and Ben, were helpful, courteous and informative and very hard working and any disruption was really minimal. Any unforeseen problems were resolved immediately and all debris etc was completely removed. At the end of the day we now have a really lovely wet room that is so much better than what we had before. Thank you Age Care

We are absolutely delighted with our walk in shower/wet room.Harry (our fitter ) has been superb.Nothing was too much trouble, he has worked very hard and done a fantastic job. Everything is finished to a very high standard. Nice clear instructions on how to use everything. 5 Stars. Highly recommended company

A life changing renovation of our bathroom into a wet room. All aspects of the journey dealt with compassion, professional and clarity. Totally trustworthy and customer focused.
